There is the Samaritans over here, but I just feel that they won't understand what really causes my problems and they will just try and convince me that my life is worth living because nobody wants anyone to kill themselves, but what if it really is for the best???

Everybody is fed up with me and I'm even sick of myself. I get angry sometimes (not towards anyone, but just generally. I would never hurt a fly) and then get upset immediately. I just feel so much anger inside and then it comes out as tears. I think I'm just angry at myself and how I've disappointed myself and everyone

You are so crushed and desperate that you are suggesting that suicide might be the best thing. I'm so sorry for those excruciating feelings. But please give the Samaritans (or other crisis support) a chance and see what they do? Maybe they will in fact try to understand what really causes your problems.

(I'm sorry about the phone number, I forgot that you were in the UK.)
