I've been celibate for years.

My lover died. He never had any trouble. He was in his late50's.

The men in my youth, I never met anyone with ED.

So I just met a man with this condition. Is it common? Is it more common in older men?

My Pdoc was old when he took advantage of me, and his was never Ed.

So what's up?

ED is common in men when they age. It is very much related to age. Also if they are on Meds or have health issues. Or when under stress.

My fiancée told me he sometimes had ED problem while married and he wanted to warn me in case it happens. I said I don't care. He is an awesome affectionate person.

Turns out he has no problem at all. I just have to walk in a room and he is ready to go lol he says it's because of me. He was abused by his ex, he is s bit of a pushover so he lived in fear so I could see how he would not be able to do it, she is scary. She recently went to visit their adult daughter and physically assaulted her ( so that's kind of scary). So I guess his ED was situational. It's non existent.

He is a good lover but I don't care if he develops ED with age. There is more to life than sex. Plus he is great at other things ( wont go into details here haha)

Some men can do it at old age and some can't. Then there is always Viagra. Your partner can and should see a doctor because ED could be a symptom of something else.

Men who drink a lot. Alcohol expands the blood vessels so you dont get a stroke, so thats good, but after too many years of drinking, the blood vessels lose their elasticity.
Thanks for this!
