I am at a loss. I've kinda developed a crush on someone, that I know online, and I don't know how to tell him how I really feel. I don't do well with rejection, and I don't think he likes me that way. This is really difficult because he's a really good friend and we talk all the time about different stuff and I don't want to lose his friendship. But I don't think he feels the same way. We've never met in person and we live in different states. So a relationship wouldn't really work out anyways.
What should I do? Thanks for the advice... Seesaw |

hi seesaw!
I've had crushes on my online friends before, I don't normally tell them anything unless they seem interested in me too. But that's just me I don't see any harm in telling him if that's what you really want to do, the worst that can happen is him saying he doesn't want to become romantically involved or something, if he's as good of a friend as you say he is, he shouldn't end the friendship based on that Good luck, seesaw I hope that helped ![]() |

Hey see,
It's always nice meeting people online that you hit it off with. I'd say, seeing as you don't really know how he feels about you, and you seem to have fairly frequent contact, there must be something there that is drawing him to you. I wouldn't necessarily enter into telling him right now how you feel about him ... if you're not entirely sure if he feels the same way. There might be other subtle ways of doing it. Like telling him how much you enjoy chatting to him, how much you enjoy your time together etc. Online relationships can sustain themselves for a while and in a lot more cases than we may realise transpire into something quite successful in the long run. Living in different states - well sure that is an obstacle - but it pends on which way this whole relationship thing turns out. Who know? If you two continue your good friendship and things get more serious down the track maybe you two will meet up at some stage ... Que Sera, Sera, Whatever will be, will be ![]() |

(((See))) whatever you decide to do is fine. The fact that you expressed something that you felt is growth and the fact that you can feel is growth, and perhaps that is enough for you right now... anyhow, whatever you do or decide to do i am most happy for you tc

This sounds good to me. You can see what sort of response you get back and go from there. |
