So, this guy I met on a dating site and I have been texting since Wednesday and his last text was Friday night. He hasn't said a word since. I have texted him yesterday evening and today around 3PM, but nothing. Nada. I don't think he's interested anymore. I don't expect him to text me back any time soon.

Typical...just typical...and we had so much in common too. I hate constantly being disappointed....it's getting beyond tiring at this point. Why do I even bother interacting with people if all they do is disappoint me?

It's hard to tell what happened. What was the last text about? Like a discussion about something or you asked him a question? etc typically if the person isn't replying for that long it's either they aren't interested or something happened to them.

I get it. I really do.
I can go through patterns of extreme black and white thinking. It's only usually when I'm out of a situation that hindsight tells me my black and white thinking was rather nuts. |

I think it's because I fall in the Autism Spectrim. I am most likely high functioning, so no one really believes I am in any way on that, so it's difficult to get people to understand me and why I am the way I am.

I was once classified as BPD ... now the diagnosis has changed to just some BPD traits as I no longer fit the criteria (that's where my black / white thinking comes from)

Artchic if you think you might have ASD I suggest you see your doctor and ask to be evaluated and diagnosed. I would not self diagnose.
