Okay so I have this addiction to sex even though I've never had it before I mean I could jump anything anyway I'm constantly thinking about it whenever I meet someone when I was younger I read a lot of sexual material.anyway so I talked to someone tonight afterwards the thoughts pops up i like this person but I don't want to be thinking of him as a sack of meat and potatoes I'm about to devour Wether it does or doesn't happen how do you separate men from sex

That's a good question! You just do separate sex time from life time. Two people get completely enmeshed in physical lust with each other, then go right back to normal living together.
I don't see you having an addiction to sex (especially as you've never had sex!). You are having normal thoughts, imagining having sex with someone you are attracted to. It's normal to think of someone's body physically and passionately. Remember, we are just animals.

I suspect in your case simply having sex and realising it's Nothing like you imagine might solve the problem, unless you are in the 0.1% who are extremely highly stimulated. Aside from that, getting to know people is always a good way to help see them as more than just a target.
Your post is vague so I don't really know what else to say to you. Maybe if it becomes something that's interfering. With your social interactions you could see a therapist, aside from that maybe some self relief would help take the kettle off the boil.
