So this is an update on my last thread. My baby father sent me a really foul message saying how he is going to be with his girlfriend and for me to leave him the hell alone and that he doesn't need to see his kid. he said for me to keep her disappear and do whatever the hell i want with her but he has made his decision and being over there with that woman is what he wants and where he will be. I have put in a request for my job to let me have off on Monday so i can go down to court. I am going to file for full custody and put him on child support. I also changed my number yesterday since i was being harassed by both him and his chick. i even blocked them both from trying to contact me via email as well. The most now that can happen is him showing up to my house and trying to knock my door down but i hope he does not try that because if so i will just call the police. I refuse to have my daughter around that woman as she attacked me last summer while i was outside on a busy avenue waiting on my mom to drop off my daughter to me. I don't trust her at all and him neither so as of right now my daughter will be with me and my family at all times. I cried so much last night but now I am accepting it all for what it is once and for all. I look at it like this is god's way of showing me that this man is not for me. I hope my next thread can be about something more positive as i look forward to just being the best mother i can be and making myself happy for good now.

I'm a licensed insurance producer for the state of new Jersey or at least I have temp license until my finger print results come back so I can get my permanent. since your daughter is young, I suggest you ask the judge to have him open an insurance policy that and have him name you as the irrevocable beneficiary (this means he can not close the policy without your consent and he will have to continue to make the premium payments unless you say he can stop) this way your able to fully know you and your daughter will be taken care of until she becomes a legal adult.
