Been feeling angry lately. Sad that I am alone. No sex. No cuddles. Nobody to turn to. I speak to a girl in my area online and I slept with her friend one night so now I don't think she will ever talk to me. I wont be good enough anyway. I'm nearly thirty and I still haven't got my **** together. I applied to work in a factory , feel so insignificant. Then how do I explain my past. Oh yeah ive been sectioned so I cannot foster or adopt kids. **** it all

I'm really sorry you're feeling this way. I can relate. Perhaps you need to find happiness for yourself first..

I'm sorry you're having such a tough time. Do you have a therapist so you can work through your feelings of inadequacy? You're not alone. You'll find lots of support here. Best wishes...

In the space of five years guess how many times I have had sex??
I can count on one hand less than five, I'm frustrated up to my eyeballs. I am 100% gay but I'm considering hooking up with this guy as friends with benefits just to get that rush, skin to skin contact, being wanted....
I give up on internet dating as all the girls i've met have had more psychological s&*t than me and that's saying something. I am schizoaffective for f$%ksake and I have hit depths of depravity.
You know in psychology their is this triangle of needs - Maslows hierarchy of needs and sex comes before self esteem..

Well actually. Maslow's Hierarchy of need refers to a basic need of sex in order to procreate - it doesn't mean sex for loving intimate relationships. Love and belonging are 3rd up on the hierarchy.

I'm not surprised you're frustrated, most would be.

What is your gender? You state you're gay, you're considering hooking up with a guy, but there's reference to you having tried internet dating with women?

Sorry your dealing with such a rough time.

Maybe focus on a job and finding a hobby that will help fill the time.

If your not okay with yourself how can you be OK for anyone else even a SWB situation?

Are you Therapy or on Medication to help deal with the psych side?

I am a lesbian to clarify. But I prefer a gay woman, never liked the word. I just landed new job so it will take my mind of things.
I'm through with therapy I just want to live and move on with my life...
ah I see, I viewed sex as like a primitive need, maybe I just have a high drive

what is swb mean? sorry
Thanks for this!
