That is intense. Does becoming a teacher appeal to you?

More than anything. It's expensive. I would never be able to charge people for classes. What price goes on the primary focus of yoga, the spirit?

Many yoga classes are by poorly-trained people, who don't get the spirit side. I've tried out a few, and didn't go back. It was just like an exercise class. So, compared to them, I don't see how you wouldn't be able to charge.

My classes would focus on the spirit. Until you understand the words of Patanjali, you may not practice. That's sounding counterintuitive, but it would be my rule. Physical comes last in yoga

I understand. You'd have to give your whole life to it. It was just a thought. You seem to have the serious love for it.

You probably help others in your class, by being there.

I try. Those new to yoga are usually very self-conscious. If they seem upset after class or embarrassed, I "chase" them down and tell them that yoga isn't about being able to do everything, it's about being you and connecting to yourself. I tell them they had a perfect practice and are perfect, even when they fall/fart/can't do things/whatever. I don't ever feel that way about me. I wish I could.

Thank you so much for distracting me! It gave me time to refocus. You are a great person. Thank you

Been down. Class starts in 4 hours. Gonna go hard again today. Already got almost 3 miles walking and running before I came in the door. Doing 5 km challenge on elliptical, probably under 20 minutes again because this one has a long stride

That's how I do it! Treadmill immediately after wiping down the elliptical. Anger, aggression, mental BS, everything goes into workouts for me. That damn **** is back here. She offers again I'll probably take it to prove I can do anything I want regardless. That's very un-yogi, I know, but gotta drown sorrows somehowWhy now?

I had to look up the reference. Here's the breakdown: 2.4 miles outside, ~4.5 miles elliptical, 1 mile treadmill, The rest on the indoor track.
I just had to get rid of a lot of crap in my head. I'm over it. Rough day emotionally, most of it, but keeping my body moving made it easier to clear the mind.
The two ladies remarking about my legs and the one gesturing like she was going to grab my butt when they thought I couldn't hear or see them was an ego boost. I had earbuds in and turned off but was still making mouth movements and sort of dancing, so they thought I was listening to music while I bent over to adjust my shoe, both times. Yes, I was fishing, but it was not a keep situation. I just needed to feel wanted in any way I could.

I'm not all that complex. I was fishing for anything and used my best bait. My face isn't anything to look at, but I can't keep my own hands off my... KIDDING

The thing is, I'm not that stupid. I figured it out and told her to leave me alone. I no longer have trust, for anyone, especially me. I no longer want to trust anyone, especially me. I'm done with believing in everyone, especially me. The world just sucks
I did say something about people who share too much with people they don't know.
But hey 'ce la vie'.

Running, hahaha, I couldn't run for my life.
In fact excersize brings me out in hives.

In fact thinking about excersize brings me out in hives.
Glad you have a thing tho.

Hope your doing ok.

Today's not been great. I'm looking forward to seeing my friend at yoga tonight. She's only there Mondays. I might be privileged enough for a hug again. I really love honest hugs. They mean more than sex to me.
