I have started a CBT program in hopes that it will curb my anger and make things easier for my wife and kids. While I have been separated I have been sleeping on an inflatable mattress, and wouldn't you know it last night I got a leak in it so I spent most of the night wrapped in my inflatable mattress on the hard floor. It is actually pretty funny, almost like someone is really testing me. I don't want to be angry anymore and I don't want to be depressed. All I want is my family back and I am going to bust my ***** to make sure it happens. Hopefully I can find the leak and get it fixed if not sleeping on the floor is not that bad, Buddist monks do it right? Thank you all very much for your support without you I could not have started down the path I needed to travel. May God bless you all.

Yeah I have been blogging on my other website about the process and it seems to be helping quite a bit, I am at work right now and one of the trucks that I booked has not shown up yet and I need to product. I am not taking it serious like I have in the past. Thank you for being a friend

You're on the road if you saw the humor on it (hopefully not too much until this morning when the ordeal was over :-) That's the trick, to laugh at as much as you can that sucks.

Don't you have a couch you can sleep on when your mattress springs a leak? We have a nice big one (my husband is 6'2", 325 lbs.) and our 7 foot stepson was able to sleep on it okay. It's just a cheap thing though (torn up from the cats claws).

Thank you very much for the laughs. I really hope this new therapy will help me get rid of the negative thoughts and focus on what is most important, MY FAMILY
