I deleted them from facebook and now I just regret it, because I notice all my issues were not because of them. My issues were because of hurts from a specific person and they just frustrated me until this day (the person who really hurt me)
I want to recover that relationship, but it would seem awkward if I re-friend back. The person who hurt me is related to us If there's one reason I am mad at that friend is for being passive-aggressive with me. Other than that, I am not in a good mental health condition to be in contact with them, but deleting them was just wrong |

I think once you're able to do this, you should address the friend you un-friended and explain where you were coming from. You're not a bad person, and it is Facebook - it doesn't necessarily define or dictate how you handle friendships IRL. Apologize to them and ask if you can leave can be FB friends again. I'm sure if they understood how you were feeling at the time, they would take this into consideration. You can even do this sooner and maybe ask them how you should speak with the person who hurt you.
