I was pleasantly surprised - a lot of people keep asking me why I went to Montreal 🤔

It’s quite popular tourist destination. Why are they surprised? Weird. People ask weird questions. I had people asking me why I went to Arizona as there is nothing but cacti there. Really? Or Redwoods National Park: why would I go to look at trees? And I had people not understanding why I love NYC: loud and crowded. Ugh. People...

Why ask such a silly question? Montreal is lovely from what I remember of it. Nothing wrong with choosing the travel destinations that one chooses.

Glad to hear you had an enjoyable time. Your posts sound like it was rejuvinating.

And I mirror what divine wrote...why see Canyonlands or Arches or Death Valley or Lake Champlain etc for that matter?
