I just want to say thank you for the help and support here. I particularly struggle with relationships and communication so I’ve posted here several times. The advice and support you’ve offered me here has been really helpful. I’ve done a lot of reflecting and I’ve slowly been making different decisions that I think are moving me in a better direction. Thank You

Thank you ❤️ It’s a work in progress but every now and then we reach milestones.

Ah yes...we are all work in progress....those milestones sure feel good. While I was in intense DBT for 2 years I was so focused on learning I didn't even notice any milestones. About a year after that I looked at myself & wondered how I actually got where I was from where I had been without noticing change along the way. It sure wasn't the final destination.....still working on it.....but it was a huge leap I didn't notice till after.

Keep up the good work.....it is definitely work but well worth it

You are so right. My mind sees the obstacles in front of me and tends not to notice the hurdles I’ve overcome. Thank you. Thank You
