Know a hoarder who recently got cited/evicted and has limited time and ability to please government agencies.

They were always snobby and lectured you on just about any topic. Gets easily upset/offended when you disagree with them. Now with a pending eviction they go into long vindictive diatribes and rents. They are constantly lecturing and trying to manipulate their senior friends in particular but its worse than usual now. And I don't know if fast talking means much but I mean fast and long, literally can't a get a word in edge wise. They are quick to jump to conclusions or misinterpret things.

Besides the hoarding they are very abrasive, combative and hyper defensive. But the fast talking.

In reading your post, I wasn't sure if there was a question here or if you were simply sharing an experience. We here on PC cannot offer mental health diagnoses. Our purpose is to provide one another with support & to share information & experiences.

There are definitely some human beings out there in this world that act out so badly that it's shocking to witness how badly they can behave. I believe you and you are right, people that behave like this can be scary and extremely irrational.
