I have recently started struggling with behavioural issues, I cant be seperted from my Mummy for longbperiods of time, I follow her around and am constantly after her attention. My mum said she is exhausted and I feel guilty but I can't stop crying whenever she's not around and I don't know why, I'm having the same issues towards my father but not to the point of following him around. I made him cry today, its the first time he has cried since I was born, and he said that if I want them out of my life then they'll leave but I cant think of anything worse, I've self harmed and hurt her dog for my mothers attention and I dont know what to do to stop it, I want to have normal life and not have them constantly worrying about me all the time.
