I am not in a good place mentally and I'm acting awfully, irritable and sensitive and having meltdowns and crying lots. My anxiety is a lot to deal with right now and so am I. Have been triggered a lot lately and I just don't know who this person is right now.

Sorry to hear that. Are you seeing a therapist? If not, then please see one asap. Are you on medication?

If not, then please get on medication. Take a break from everyone for now & take a vacation & time off work, even for a day or teo to protect your mental health.

Go see a movie or go to the beach or the mall. Listen to your favorite music, eat your favorite food, get some sleep too.
