hi.. um yeah
well as you might know from my MANY posts, im in an akward situation with a "friend" at the moment..
so hes a horrible person. it sounds mean but he treats everyone like dirt.
and everyone else truly does hate him at the moment. hes going on self destruct and has screwed his chances of getting in the army by missing his gcse exams, smoking weed and cigarettes, as well as getting drunk a lot.
his mum cheated on his dad and left him with his little sister.
his dog just died.
and now his friends hate him.
so even though hes treated me like dirt, should i still be friends with him? or should it just be somebody elses problem?

I say be friends, if you can do that and keep safe yourself.

There's a saying, "hurt people, hurt people". This guy is in a lot of pain. I'd help but watch your back too. If you can't pull him up then don't let him pull you down. I do admire your desire to help, just take care of your own recovery/healing too.

If he treats everyone else like dirt, then why should you care about him? I say give him what he dishes out. Its completely fair imo.

You dont need GCSE's to get in the army you can sit an entrance exam, unless he has been arrested for smoking dope and as long as he stops now I cant see a problem.

As for treating people like dirt thats his problem and his look out, if he treats people like that then he should expect to have no friends.

i know.. he doesnt really deserve friends. but he needs them.
as for the army thing they need a urine test.. and apparently weed stays in your system for a month or two. and he needs to pass his gcses to get in the army college.
