Yes sometimes T rocks back and opens her legs a little before standing up at the end of a session, and naturally my eyes go there for a split second. I wonder if she sees me noticing her slightly open legs and whether she speculates on my dirty thoughts.

There's a desk between pdoc and me, so I can't see anything there. But if the desk weren't there, my eyes would probably go there sometimes

And I must admit that sometimes my eyes go to my T's chest. But last session she wore a low cut top and it looked like she didn't wore a bra. But maybe she just wore a bra without any filling. I can't imagine she would go to work without bra, definitely not as a T.
I hope she didn't noticed I looked there.

YKYHETW...

You spend hours, days, months, working out where your ET came from...and reliving all the ET makes you want to snog your T all over again!

My T said that therapists know when clients are experiencing transference. Mine stopped blowing me a kiss as my caregiver and I left the office (I'm disabled) after my transference started (I've seen her blow kisses to others, too. It's actually not sexual, she's just very outgoing...but it was totally sexual to me. I almost felll over!).
I'm glad she stopped...If she does it again I'll probably ask her not to do it anymore. It would be rather unethical. Plus, she'd have to scrape me off the floor...

And I know MC is trying to be careful of boundaries, both to not step on my therapy with T and, well, my H. He said after our last individual session (we met twice) that his door was open, and to let him know if I wanted to see him separately again.

But since H and I are having issues lately (some of which stem from the transference, some other stuff), I'd feel weirder about it, I think. Though when the topic comes up in our joint sessions, I wish I could just poof out of the room, because damn, that's awkward. Instead I just stare at a random spot on the floor....
I'm wondering if I'm supposed to know what these initials are. I know T. Wondering if Pdoc is primary care as in GP or my psychiatrist? No idea MC or H.
Early on, I told my T that I do this. He seemed mildly surprised and said - a picture? of me? I think he was wondering where I got a picture from. Maybe he is not a very capable internet stalker like me
I was not even TRYING to stalk him, but I was looking up the acronyms on his signature and it led me to his Psychology Today and Linkedin profiles. As I was reading his Psychology Today ad I was looking at it like a personals ad, like, "I would TOTALLY have picked him" had I seen that first.

If I was EVER going to tell him (I'm a VERY OPEN PERSON and I am SO not there yet, lol), it would most def be by email.

To everyone else, thanks for the laughs. I read every comment. Funny stuff.

I was honestly so busy giggling at everyone else's responses I really didn't put my own.

When you tell the people you're close to that you're in therapy and you think it's going well and you say, "I think I'm sort of crushing on him" and they're like, "Yeah. I noticed." LMAO!

When you say something funny that catches him off guard and he let's out a whole hearted laugh that sounds like music.

I was just reading this thread and realized that my post about hugs was literally a year ago. Well, I can now report that we still do hug on occasion, any time I ask for one. She's fine with it. They are brief hugs. I don't ask every time, it doesn't feel odd or anything, I just don't always need one, I guess.
Thanks for this!

I never thought of asking for a hug. I would think my T would offer them by now but he hasn't. I get emotional at our sessions and could use a hug now and again. It may feel awkward the first time...who knows?!

You get a new pair of shoes for Christmas and you're already envisioning what outfit to wear with them into your next session....

When he's been on a break for 4.5 weeks, 4.5 to go and you start dreaming about him every night. And getting wet in your panties and flushed in the face thinking about him during the day. *red face*
