It seems like you have a lot of emotions, this must put a lot of stress and pressure on you and must be difficult

Looks like my mood chart yesterday. I do mood chart as I have bipolar. It really helps me to see the different phases I am in. Sometimes it is circumstantial but other times it is just the stupid bipolar. It has been a real help.

Hartbroken,
My advice would be to just try to sit with the feelings and feel them. Let them be what they are and don't try to change them. that's when we start medicating our feelings and addictions start to pop up. Just be aware of them and acknowledge them and they'll leave much quicker than if you try to deny them. Love and hugs, Tara |

I hope it's okay to be realistic here so...yes, no matter how bad things are, unfortunately it can always get worse. Now for the good news...it has a tendency to get better...usually a lot better
![]() People... "normal people" that is, sometimes talk about getting through a hard day. Unfortunately I'm not a "normal people." There have been times when I (and others here I think) have had to struggle through the hour, or the minute, or even the crucial second. Look around and find something good. It may be inside of you. You've made it this far. Never give up. |

Your material situation is capable of getting worse, probably; chew on that.
Perhaps instead of dwelling on this, you should take stock of your ability to affect your situation and make it better. |

Well, I have this too many times, a lot of people do. But what if you take this and instead of putting down just these descriptions of emotions put reasons. Angry about what? What is unfair to you? How do you feeled pressured? Why is there guilt? where is the stress coming from? what is causing the sadness? And why are you fearful? What you have to do is be totally honest with yourself about the answers. Many times these emotions are because we are allowing things we cannot control make us feel them. We have to understand what we can control and what we cant. And what we can change about ourselves that can release feeling responsible for something we truely cannot control. If these feelings are about another person, it is important to know that we cannot control others. It isn't that easy, but a necessary element towards allowing ourselves to be a healthier person. Remember, you have to be honest here. Open Eyes |
