Two experiences. One I was supposed to stop breathing and at that time I wanted to, but I had no visual things. It was a sensation, a strong feeling that pulled me back.

The next one, again, no visual experience. That time I was ready to let go, but I experienced the presence of more than one individual? felt their love and was told it was not my "time".
Thanks for this!

I have had 2 NDEs, one at the age of 9 and another when I was 16 years old. the first one was more of an awareness that if I wanted to live I had to get up out of bed and seek help and during this time I felt peace. I needed a Doctor and the people around me would not hep me even though I was a child suffering from untreated type 1 diabetes.

The last one was very different where I left my body completely whilst I was in a coma. I was aware of a bright light as well as feelings of love, joy and peace. I remember finding myself in a meadow of long hay coloured grass which was completely untouched by human hands, just pure nature and I was close to a path. The meadow was as far as the eye could see, just grass and skyline and a cobalt blue sky. I just remember thinking how good it felt to be able to breath again and not be in pain. Then I looked up at the clouds which were white and fluffy and thinking that it was beautiful sight. The next memory I have was when I was floating through the clouds with the blue sky above me.

When life becomes too much, I get a great sense of healing and peace by just remembering this experience and I believe that NDEs are more about life than death.
