ive tried so many pills ,therapies which have only had a slight effect i'm going through a phase of sheer despair at the mo ,i only ask that you hold me in your thoughts/prayers till this black phase passes , my spiritual life seems the only thing that keeps me alive these days thank you all

It's good that you can at least connect with the meta side of you and see that it will pass. When I get so depressed, I just have to take my T's word for it, as I can't sense that it will ever end. It will though. It won't always be so dark.
