Just wanted to stop in before I head off to bed to ask that all my friends to say a little PRAYER for ME.... I went to the doctors today after spending most of the weekend on the couch and I have a Sinus Infection and Strep Throat.

.............................................. OUCH it HURTS -

AND.... Please say a PRAYER or two for the little ones (ages: 1-2-5) that I watch three days a week for my Niece so that she may work...... Please PRAY they do not get this bad sickness, for I would hate for my little ones to hurt as I am - even if they are the ones that got me sick in the first place, with all their coughing and runny noses -

Sorry to hear you're sick, Rhapsody. I've had strep throat, but not a sinus infection (that I can remember), although I have had an upper respiratory infection, but not at the same time. Rest well--strep throat is not something to play around with. I hope the kids don't get it.

You really do sound like such a kind and compassionate person--here as sick and miserable as you are, you're worried about the babies getting sick!

Take good care of yourself, get plenty of rest, you need to build up your strength. (I know--I had a bout of wretched pneumonia of all things over last summer, and it took me the longest time to recover completely!!!)

You and the little ones are in my prayers!!

Up tonight due to throat irritation and could not sleep so I came in here -
then I saw all the nice replies and I just had to say....

<font color="purple"> THANKS to everyone for their warm and loving "Get Well" Wishes & Prayers. I am still hanging in there and still trying to recover... but now I am thinking I am going to need another trip to the docotors office and a stronger Rx for my throat is still swollen and killing me - I have not been able to eat much in the last week, drinking mostly and eating soup.

Hope you get better soon! Try drinking some tea with honey in it. Stay away from the dairy too! I tcauses more mucus and that's definitely something you don't need more of right now.

Thanks again to every one that wished me well..... I am doing much better and back at my Computer and better yet, Back @ PC. I am so happy for I can actually eat regular food again, and even though my throat is still a little scratchy - the swelling is way down, but I still need to eat slowly or I might start coughing.

Sorry everyone but I am back again needing to ask for another PRAYER REQUEST -

This time it is for a tiny baby boy name "Kayden" that was born into my husband side of the family today (a month yearly) and he is having problems with his lungs / breathing...... the doctors are looking at it being pneumonia or an infection in his lungs (and) mom is having to stay at the hospital she gave birth in while her baby boy is being transported to a speciality hospital for children.

May God touch the heavy hearts weighing upon the parents and give healing power unto the baby He allowed to be born into this world.
