I find that when I pray to go forward, it releases the day before from all the negatives that where hovering over me.
I tend to contemplate in deep thought daily sometimes to much and it gets to and when I say these two prayers that release my mind to go forward, I thank my Higher Power that I can go into the next day with new idea or with blank slate.
I think sometimes I question, if my Higher Power is listening, because when I am talking I think is this valid? Does this warrant being listened too? Am I worth the time and the effort to make what ever I want to happen, happen? I don't know?
So far, I have released the fact that I am resolved of my love and issues with my friend is incarcerated. I think that each day, the sad feelings disappear and I see my life in front of me and thats good.
I am trying.

God loves all of His children and He listens to all of us, whether we think we are worthy of His listening to us or not. It's God's decision as to what we are praying for is a good thing for us or not.
