I am so sorry to ask again for a prayer...
But my kitten I have posted about in socail
Is ill. I kinda knew all this week as he has not grown and left like the other ones....
The mom cat is not mine and she is wild. I feed her when she brings her kittens here.
There were 3 to begin with , The other 2 have left.
This one has stayed , He has let me pick him up, He purred yesterday for the first time. I can only pick him up when hes going to first eat in the morning.
Today was different I could see right away something was wrong. I feed him as I aways do ., Feed the mom too. He could only eat alittle. I noticed he was ill.
Went back out later and he was just sitting there. I picked him up and hes in a cage . Made apt with vets.
They know me very well there. As i have taken other animals in.
SO they know I do not call unless its a issue.
Please if you can pray for him. Hes so very very small. The mom is still sitting by the cage.
Last year I lost one of her kittens. That one had a bad heart.
As always yes I know better....to get attached. But I of course am. My heart is breaking as I know because he has not grown whats wrong.
sorry this was so long............

Sure do hope the kitty gets better soon. I'll keep you all in my thoughts and prayers Muffy. Its so easy to get attached to a lil guy that cute and little. Just in our nature to want to help and get them better. Don't be so hard on yourself for doing this. Your a good and kind person.

please if you can for my kitten

Prayers that the little kitten won't suffer. I know how hard it is not to get attached & care for every little living creature. I had a little bird that fell out of it's nest & know there was something neurologically wrong with it......then my heart breaks when even a little baby bird ends up out of it's nest...usually because it's sick & Mom has pushed it out. Knowing that nature is taking care of itself the way it always has before I came along doesn't make it any easier.

Of course, loosing one of my baby eskies.....it really loose it time...& this just happened the end of May....talk about heart break & tears.

Hopefully it will be something that the vet can fix or heal with AB meds so kitten can have a good life.

Thank you everyone for your prayers on little kitten.
((muffys little baby)))) now he has a name..ty
Had to be put down....like last years kitten((that i took in)) from this mom cat((a stray)) Little kitten had a heart that was not working so well. Thats why he was not growing. For a heart that did not work so well . It sure gave me alot of love and joy.
For him to be so small ((a pound)) they weighed him. He gave so much to me.
His little spirit was huge................
I have to say i am so blessed to have been given the honor to have him with me for as long as i did...
((thank you everyone))))))))))))))))
your all very kind

Thank you so much for saying that. Brought tears to my eyes
I tryed so hard...
I really wanted this one to be different than last years kitten,
I think god had other plans..
Last year someone told me animals did not go to heaven.
I have always and will always bellieve they do as they were created by god
You saying god loves them meant alot ((ty))
muffy

The mom cat stayed all night on my porch meowing
Shes looking for her baby...
I am still feeding her.....
Maybe the baby to brought me the mom cat this time?
Instead of the mom bringing the baby to me.......

I have to catch her first
I would gladly pay for her to be fixed....
This is the second time I have gone threw this with one of her kittens
They are all wonderful kittens ,.But it is not far to them
Each kitten has caught my heart everytime awwwwww
everytime I tell myself no do not let it
But everytime they do.....
I am so happy 2 of them were ok...

The vet would gladly do it for me ...if i can catch her.....
she really is a wild cat......
I am very blessed she brought me her kitten and trusted me enough to feed them....
She has not been back much now....
It seems she only comes back when she has kittens
I just wish the ppl who had owned her had taken care of her..

((Muffy)) - You're such a MOM. Even feral cats turn to you for nurturing. It was nice of you to provide a little comfort and love to the little one and his mother while he was here.

I have always had pets - dogs, cats, birds, turtles and fish - and they were all special friends. They all had their own individual spirits and personalities. It's VERY hard for me to believe their spirits would cease to exist after they die.

I wish people would be more responsible with their pets. At the very least, they are extended family members. It would be nice if you could find a way to have this female cat spayed. It's not fair to keep doing this to her, her babies or you. If you have a vet who is willing to perform the procedure, would your animal control people be willing to set up a humane trap for her so you can transport her to the vet? Would they be willing to release her back into semi-wild status, with you as her "sponsor?"

aww thank you so much
I believe their spirits live on too...
I have a live trap. The vet is most willing to fix her. I just have to have her come back now.
The vet knows me well as I have taken many animals in..
you are very right she would only be happy being let go again. But she would have to stay awhile till better after sugery. A fine line.
Our animal places here are not so good. She would prolly be put down. So i would have to take her on . Which i am willing to do.
She was the best Mom cat I have seen., She sat by the cage while i was waiting to take the kitten. Like she knew...................

What a sad sad story... I'm sure that there's a place in heaven for animals.... How could we be happy up there without them? They are precious creatures created by God just like us and I'm sure He cares about them (((((((((((Muffy)))))))))))))

You have no clue how much that helped me...
I have always believed our animals go to heaven...
when the last kittened had to be put down last year
One of my relitives keep telling me over and over they did not go to heaven
I stood fast that they did...
Both kittnens touched me so much..
sounds silly
Because i have other animals.....
One cat who is very blessed to be alive..
But these two little kittens fought so hard

kittens have spirit... people have spirit too... for some people, kittens might live in thier view of what heaven is like.. maybe some kittens would like to have some people in their heavens too, idk.... if so, then you and kitten could share heaven as you did earth only it would last a lot longer i spose... love always...
