I feel the same way, and it's even stranger when you're only twelve. Seeing too many things when I was little.
Just think about something that makes you happy. More specifically, something small and unimportant, but makes you feel nice. Like ice cream, or flowers. It usually overpowers the other unwanted thoughts.

I will see reptilian eyes of certain people. I used to talk to a certain physical therapist all the time until one day I did see the reptilian eyes. Then we didnt speak after that. Werid.

theyre called intrusive thoughts and even "normal" people get them.
