I have had more "normal" days than not lately... I believe it is a direct result of significant life changes (positive) and really only have episodes when I'm stressed..... take it as a moment of relief, and don't obsess about it (or the lack of it)

Oh you again Yes, thats normal to go back to normal if your schizo affective...It goes in phases...Main thing that causes it is something that pisses you off and stresses you out..Gotta avoid stress...and if you not getting enough sleep it makes things worst actually not getting sleep will make you see stuff even more...SO, GO TO SLEEP IF YOUR AWAKE RIGHT NOW ..hehehe and try to avoid the guys take a little break...I know its hard but gotta think about yourself...good luck!

Quite normal. I have episodes with no specific regularity, but sometimes in the in-betweens, I feel like the most normal person on Earth.
Thanks for this!

definetly, it's like a good feeling to feel like normies... i think it's actually in a way what we're striving for. Not that we should be like other people, but we need to do normal things to get back in the groove of being human, haha.. no other way of putting it.

i want to elaborate a little because you see most human beings going about their lives without real thought, or direction or whatever. it's neccesary for us to rise above these meager humans, because we need something to hold onto that grounds us, and what we feed off of. if you read in this forum everyone is definetly strongly self-aware. we're not your typical peeps if i can generalize. we demand more out of this life because we are... already highly intuitive thinking beings i think maybe im wrong...

but what i'm saying is we need to do normal things like have routine, balance, and intellectual pursuits... etc...
