I use grizzly snus and my lungs in the past 8 weeks has greatly improved. I just snus a few times a day and brush my teeth twice a day with Colgate with baking soda and peroxide. Kicking the Nicotine habit is the hardest drug I have ever tried to stop. I have read that some people went psychotic during withdrawals. Hopefully I can start cutting down on the snus as well. Best of luck to all of you out there trying to quit.

I vape an ecig pretty much all day. It relieves my anxiety and gives my brain something to focus on. That's my 2 cents
Thanks for this!

I've been smoking since I was 11.. I'm 19 now. Every time I try to quit it makes me so incredibly suicidal I have to start again. Good luck quitting

I smoked on and off for forty years - cigs, good cigars, pipe. I miss the hell out of it. There's so much good tobacco out there.

Started the patch 3days ago. I get enough nicotine, but I miss the act of smoking. :-/
