I saw a cute girl today and the first thing I did was imagined hurting her. I even stared at her for a while after I "killed her" just to get her image in my head and now I can't get it out. I told my boyfriend about it hoping for advice but he thought it was funny. He's rather sadistic and has hurt people himself so he was no help. I see my psych doc tomorrow. I've been having daily auditory and visual hallucinations too. I'm not looking forward to this appointment.

Dark thoughts occur to many people. Taking this up with therapist could help get a handle on this before it potentially becomes a dangerous situation.

Here is an article that talks about how a couple people tried various therapies for dark thoughts they were having.
Dark Thoughts : NPR

Being around another sadistic person can be an influence that feeds this kind of thinking.

Supportive people here at Psych Central have helped me over some tough times.
