I was diagnosed schizoaffective as of yesterday, and both my Psychologist and psychiatrist agree. I don't really want to believe it. I guess I am just having a hard time because this makes everything I am experiencing real. Anyway, I guess I will just continue on. One step at a time.

Hi Jesseh. I like that you say that you will just continue on. Though it makes it more real, you are the same person you were the day before yesterday.
