Sorrel...I'm not so sure I can be of help.

I do understand the need for a sense of safety, so maybe we can start there?

I'm listening.

lonely...what if noone will ever ever like or understand me?
when I react to something that makes me feel unsafe, and I say I feel unsafe, they stick to their views and don't help me feel safe.
why do I attract people --online(another forum)---who are like my father...always, and I feel ashamed, when I already felt unsafe.

my therapist is on holiday right now, but I do remember hew telling me to protect myself....trying..trying...

I shouldn't have read that article that was there...I TRY and avoid anything about terrorists/bombs when I'm alone at home, this time I didn't. I expected myself to feel ok...didn't expect a total paranoid maelstrom---how I saw it....
so, I've taken myself here..I KNOW I'm on the edge...

Did something happen for you to be thinking that way, or are you just afraid it might happen?

Feeling lonely sucks.

I also know how hard it is to stay present and not slip away. Is there something you can do right now to stay safe and grounded?

Music helps me.

My dog helps too.

Is there someone in 3D that you can call?

Maybe step outside and touch the grass. Feel it. That helps me too. It helps me feel real.

I don't know if this helps you.

((((( sorrel )))))

Try not to be afraid.

yes I did...and its beautiful, Petunia......got me crying....with relief....it reminded me that I'm a human being, that I'm human....and have feelings that matter...I see how in my life I can so easily be disregarded and not understood, and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for noticing me and understanding what I needed.....I am very grateful and very touched....

thank you....
