I sometimes have voices in my head that tell me what a person is thinking in their heads. Does anyone ever have this? I can walk around people, and also have a conversation with people and can tell what they are thinking. Do you think this is a sign of schizophrenia? It makes me paranoid when I get these voices-- as they are mostly negative about me.

Thanks
larry

yeah i just ignore it, or i use it as a chance to practice equanimity and unconditional love, which is what i believe it is

i think it mostly comes from misunderstanding, so i try to express the dharma as clearly as possible

damn and I thought being bipolar was bad. I hope I never hear voices when i am manic or going through my psychosis phases. Now that would be scary and time for hospitalization. Good luck to yall i am struggling also trying to keep my head on straight.

I have voices and weird thoughts that bother me all the time.I Do know this, people in public like to talk **** about everything and everyone. The **** you hear in public is 9 times out of 10 the real deal and it's unbelievable what people say. They are sick, very weird and 9 out of 10 need the old school **** beat out of them.As far as reading peoples minds, I found you don't have to their ready to give you the sign, the finger, the word or whatever so I think maybe your just reading the crap there projecting, your not stupid your sick , this doesnt change the fact that people are *** holes.I made myself sick for years thinking it was just me.

Well I've kind of done this. They say what others feel sometimes. A lot of times they tell me that my mother can read my mind and that she is part of a plot with the government to get close to me so she can take me to their headquarters. I don't directly hear people's thoughts but the voices can and tell me what they are thinking.
