I used to have terrible low back troubles. ... Then one day a couple of years ago I realized that I hadn't had a back ache in ages. I'm still pain free. So what did I do to solve the problem? Nothing. I went about my life despite the pain and the frickin' inconvenience of walking like an elderly woman half the time. And it went away.
Well, darn it! I wrenched my back this morning - while getting dress for work, hardly a strenuous activity. I've iced it and taken an ibuprophen, but I think I'm in for a hard time over the next week or so. Eh, just proves... well, I don't know what it proves, but it must prove something.

Wish me luck!

Oh Costello, I'm sorry! That's horrible, I hope it mends up quickly.

Awwwh, feel better soon!! Once the bad pain starts easing up, do some gentle stretches with your back.

It's better than I feared it would be but not great. Thank you for asking. I hate not being able to stand and walk easily. And I really hate not being able to turn over in bed without massive pain.
