When you guys see things... what do you see? With Me I see mostly shadows. a couple of days day ago I needed to use the bathroom to do my busniess. I was sitting on the toilet and all of the sudden on the left side of me I saw a rat like shadow went crawling under my pants. I almost screamed until i realize that i was seeing things and it wasn't real.

Does this happen to some of you guys?

I remember about 6 months ago After driving (well I wasn't driving, since I dont have a drivers licence, due to high anxiety) back from dog training... I had thought that we ran over somebody... It seemed like If I had saw a GHOST. I don't recall myself being tired. I didnt scream because I didnt wanted to cause an accident but I did held onto my breath. I then realize that i was seeing things.

sleep depravation gets me on this every time. Only mine are waking up in the middle of the night and looking at the ceiling and seeing a spider. I turn on the light and the spider is gone. So on nights that I have gone through a few days of insomnia I sleep with the light on so that when I wake up theres no spiders.

lots of things. some times in ppl some times outside of ppl, some times shadows some times ppl. I don't think it is so much a problem except that others just cant' see so they say it is not right. what do they know?

I'd say very trusting - in your mom if you still run to her. that shows you and your mom have apretty good maybe even great relationship. I am glad you can depend on her when these things happen. I have to open my window too (usually because I had a nightmare and am in a fully blown panic attack and the breese coming in helps but my window doesn't cast shadows from the light outside. I made my curtains out of the top sheet from my sheet set that matches my comforter. so I keep that closed and the blinds closed. Air comes in underneath and also through the verticle slats and comes out the bottom and sides of the curtains but the light casting shadows does not come in. maybe that could help you.
