it always seems like its someone else doing and saying the bad things. It never seems real. Will i always be able to stop? Why do they have to keep talking to me? If crazy people dont know theyre crazy than am i posessed or do i just not realize what im doing? I want my life back.

Try to find more effective ways of keeping yourself calm, regardless of whoever it is that wants to kill people... And if it becomes way too difficult to stop whoever it is, don't be afraid to call a crisis line or a psychologist. I'm sure you don't genuinely want to see anyone getting hurt.

Take care.

Look Up! NO, do it now! Did you see something there? Something besides yourself? I know it hurts just being alive. Stop now, if you can. There is a whole world out there you have not realized. You know pain and pain is what you see but there is more, but you will have to work to see it. No one can stop you except you. You are a supreme power. Can you see that? Be the force of the change you want to see most. May the highest order of goodness speak to you now. May the path to true clarity open before you. May kindness to your brother become like the light of the dawn.

i have been on over 40 types of meds. None of them or the combinations have helped and i was in a facility twice completed the programs and was released on schedule both time which furthers my opinion that i am not psychologically disturbed at least not from a medical standpoint.

I sometimes get thoughts like that, I think it's mind control though, like a new MK Ultra.

kindatwiztid: Meds can't always help everything & being hospitalized is only a temporary solution. Have you seen a competent psychotherapist longterm at any point? Maybe there is an underlying trauma leading to your homocidal thoughts. Oftentimes people can dissociate to separate ourselves from things that scare us, which might be why it feels so "unreal". Maybe it would be worth a try? Different things help different people... Since meds haven't done anything, maybe it's time for a new approach. It's much better to find the problems underneath & fix them than just mending the outer shell.
Thanks for this!

visual hallucinations: when you see something, quickly find a mirror in the house and look into it and see if you can see the same exact things through the mirror. that should put things in perspective for you and you will know if it is really a hallucination or not.
auditory hallucinations: make sure your crown chakra, and third eye chakra are clear and energized. the voices should disappear. if you are interested i will go into more detail about it....

aside from that, meds are only a temporary crutch and only work well for emergencies. but you should continue taking them until you talk to your doctor.
also try to keep yourself preoccupied and doing something that you enjoy or are passionate about.
