My BF who is schizoaffective left on July 7th I have not heard or seen him since then....He moved out of our house and back in with his parents. I speak with his mom and she tells me that he is not speaking to anyone just stands around and stares...He has not left their house in almost two months...I am wondering if this is something that happens during a relapse. He did stop taking his medications. We have had times in the past where he would go back to his parents but never to this extent where he will not speak to me. Do I just wait this out or do I just move on????

The thing that gets me is that you say he just stands around and stares. Is his mom getting him in to see his pdoc? That puts up a red flag for me, and since you say he's off his meds is he at least in therpay still or seeing a pdoc? Did he just go off them suddenly or did he taper off?
