i used to watch a HBO show called InTreatment. each episode was a therapy session with a different person everyday of the week. it seemed extremely well acted. this one character tried to kill herself. these characters were complex too. so .cool.

Boyfriend. Annoying/creepy mother in law. Two cats.
I moved 2,000 miles away from where I grew up mostly on a whim.
It was a good choice, though.
No one where I lived was anyone I trusted anyway. Pointless.
Thanks for this!

i have disability.

idk how it happened.

it all happened so fast.

sometimes i feel like im all smoke and mirrors but i know im not.
i feel like sometimes my personality is being seen as my dx.
because ive come to realize that my much of my personality TO ME is being diagnosed. you know?
and then im told that im not normal and that so much of what i do isnt normal at all. not like that not worded like that but in doctors words. you know?
so much of me i dont understand what is considered not okay.

i live with my wife, four dogs, and one cat. before i moved in with her, i lived on my own by myself for about 8 or 10 years? i had a roommate before that i lived with for about one year. he is still one of my best friends, although he lives far away now. as a kid i lived with my mom, but could visit my dad pretty often. i haven't seen either of my parents for almost three years. i don't speak to my sister, and that suits me just fine. i do speak to my parents. i taught my dad to text. he is very formal, like he's writing a business letter.

I'm age 16 and live with Mom for most of the time.
She still thinks it's my fault for my problems.

I'll tell you something. She was right, because it all started when I swallowed Drain-o lye when I was 4. Burned my esophagus and gave me injuries.

Yes, because every 4 year old knows that a suspicious foamy blue liquid in a gatorade bottle is coke. I'm such a stupid child even to this day.

I live with my mom and step dad.
I am on disability because of the schizophrenia. Neither of my folks understand, and it's very lonesome. I see my brother, and sister sometimes.
I really don't know what to tell them. I help out around the house, plus I pay rent to my mom. I have the money through SSDI.
I wish I could live on my own, but my step dad is very sick and old. He may pass any day. I don't like to think about that but it is true.

It's not your fault you swallowed Draino. It's the fault of the adult who left Draino within reach of a 4 year old.

I live in a family of 5. My husband is older than me by about 8 years, 9 years for 2 months of the year. We have three children. Our oldest is 8, next is 6, then 18 months. I am a homemaker. He is an electrician. We live in a mobile home. I like it. I think it likes me too.

do you really think your home likes you? i think buildings, especially homes, can like or dislike people. i gave our house a name, so i could address it properly. i hope she likes her name. she has never told me a different one. (she doesn't speak to me)
i think mobile homes can be really nice. do you take yours different places? or do you mostly just stay put?

It must like me because it's never done anything contributing evidence to the contrary. It seems friendly most of the time. I try my best to decorate it very nicely so that everyone inside will have beautiful things to look at. People who visit say I am good at decorating. I have never named my house, but I might now. We just call it home usually. Our mobile home was manufactured by palm harbor homes in 2008, which was really a blessing. I have lived in other older mobile homes before, and by comparison, I feel my current home is more modern. For instance, it has a built in microwave. You can't take the microwave down and pawn it or move it without some tools. I like that. It is a stable microwave. I don't have to worry about where it goes. It's place is secure. We have never moved our mobile home. It stays put here in our mobile home community called pecan plantation. It is a pretty nice place to live. There are not that many dangerous things around our home as I have had around my homes before. I like that. I feel safer here than in other places I have lived. That is a blessing. Thank you for caring my friend. It means a lot to me. I care about you too. Please share anything you have on your mind. Your friend, Glinda Gail
