i know it mnight be really difficult to take onboard, but the world's not going to end on the 21st- it really isn't... everything's going to be fine.

it's just what some people say.. just some theories. promise- it's going to be perfictly fine

i know it's difficult.. but try and take some deep breaths or try and think about all the nice things in the world that you could do next year or what ever.

People are always trying to control other people on a daily basis - it sucks.

Don't always trust the voices - you don't always know who put them there.

Voices lie... a lot. They are just looking for another excuse to try and make you kill yourself. They will use any excuse, regardless of if it's even plausible. I agree with the others on here. Definitely talk to your doctor. A higher dose of meds may be necessary, especially during this often stressful time of the year.

If you are going to kill yourself or even thinking about it call your doctor/ psychiatrist ASAP (if you haven't done so already). Also nothing at all is going to happen on December 21st. It will be just like any other day. There have been other prophecies that have been told, and they all have one thing in common. They all failed. No one can predict the actual date of an event(s). Voices never tell the truth. Killing yourself will do nothing except hurt your family forever. And yourself of course. Please don't die. If you are an imminent danger to yourself or others have someone take you to the hospital. I have been there many times (sadly) but each time they helped me. Maybe you are on the wrong medicine if taking the extra pill didn't help the voices.

Can you call the crisis team back and tell them that you're still hearing voices? When I hear voices I tell them to F off and it does work, The world isn't go to end either this has been said for a number of years since I was a child

the earth has enough resources to last at least another 3 billion years, scientists have proven it. it is a given guarantee that we will all die well before the world ends. that means we do not have to die prematurely, you do not have to die before your body gives up the fight. the only people who will die on the 21st are those who have been chosen by God to reside in Heaven and once he chooses you there is very little yu can do to prevent it.

if you still feel the need to kill yourself, please do two things first
1/ think about how the person who finds your dead body will feel, how the experience will affect them for the rest of their lives, bear in mind it could be a child who finds you, would you like a child you care about to find a dead body? there is no definite way of dying in the knowledge that your body will never be discovered, no matter what you do

and 2/ tell someone close to you what you plan to do 28 hours before you do it stressing the fact you are going to kill yourself five times

As pointed out voices lie a lot, mine tries to talk me into killing myself at times. But if you ever come close, they generally talk you down if they think you might. You see they have become attached to you and consider you a possession they don't want to lose. But they get off on making you emotional or crazy, like they feed on your emotional trauma.

Don't believe their lies and try your best to tune them out or down. They have nothing of value to offer you except pain.The world is not going to end any time soon, trust me. So stay strong and stick around and watch it fail with it's prediction, then you can laugh at it, like I do mine.

my pdoc is off sick at the moment so i cant talk to him...

I think that those voices may be trying to trick you. Remember when everyone was freaked out about Y2K? That was supposed to lead to 'the end' also, but the only thing that actually happened was my mom went shopping, and brought home enough toilet paper and water to last for months.

If your doctor is not well by tomorrow, why don't you speak with one of the doctor's at the hospital? I am sure they all could tell you whether these voices, you are hearing, are the lying kind, or not.

Don't listen. Maybe you should go into the hospital with someone and tell them what's going on. That way they could keep you safe through till the 22nd. Like everyone else has said, it will come. Please stay safe. Voices say horrible things.

The main source of the Dec.21 apocalypse is the Mayan Calendar, and the Mayans never even said it would be the end of the world. It is just the end of one, and beginning of a new age in time. There will be no apocalypse in 2012.

I have to say this that right now, somewhere on this Earth, it's already 12/21/12. It started hours ago. 12/21/12 is more than 24 hours because of the fact that the international date line and the rotation of the Earth, every day is more like 48 hours or something. Right now in Japan it's already 12/21/12, for example.

So, you can tell those stupid voices to shut the F up because they don't know what they are talking about.

Also the Mayans are still around. They live in Mexico and they live extremely impoverished lives. They are the ancestors of a great civilization living in shacks. I've been to the Mayan temple at Tulume and I met some of the Mayans at a store they run just outside of the Temple grounds (which is now like a national park run by the Mexican government.) It is very sad to see that a once great people is now so poor. But, I agree, if they were good at predicting things, they would have foreseen the Spanish coming and prepaired or hid or something.

A long time ago i remember my niece put something in her tumblr that the mayan calender didnt include leep years so it would have already happen in 2010 if there calender is right
am still scared and the voices are still loud but am a lot better than i was

I just want to say how thankful all of us are that you made it through this. I hope in the future this will help you remember that voices lie and they will use ANYTHING to try and hurt and mock you.
