idk i might again

but ill redo it right now...

maybe my isolation is making things worse.
staying in my room most of the week for 5 years now.
except for hospital stays.
but going out to to public is worse.
i cant handle it - and a few times ended up police taking me to the hospital.
i have been getting really stressed lately from idk what.
maybe the isolation is stressing me out.. idk.

I have problems with isolating to. For me I tend to not trust ppl. Eventually if I make myself go out it does get better. Have you ever tried just walking around the block or just walking outside for like 10 mins and see if you can do it and go back home just see if you can do it.

That's true I get it I hate when I'm in a depression and feel like **** when somebody says go for a walk it's annoying. It's like yeah duh, but I'm depressed I get it.

Is there any way that you would try meds? When you've been on them did they help at all?

I "isolate" myself a lot too. Being around people is just too much for me a lot of the time, and I don't like most people very much anyway. Lately I've been spending most of my time in my bedroom, I can't handle much else.

I think when you stay in all the time it becomes like prison. But instead of bars on the door you have your own invisible bars in your heart and in your head.

Facing your fears is a huge thing and it's hard. But if you can do it, you get a big reward usually. I don't like going out either. I have to run all the errands. I have to go to work. Go to the store, talk on the phone. All those things I hate doing. But, I feel stronger now that I do them than I did before. For the whole time I was married to my ex I only ever left the house if I went to a family party or if he took me somewhere. I wouldn't even drive myself. Leaving him forced me to free myself.

Yeah I'm trying to isolate less. I don't drive and the nearest bus stop is like a mile away. I have a hard time walking that far bc of my back. But recently I've started walking again I can only do 12 min bc of the pain, (i have some permanent damage since my back surgery) but it's getting easier.

I hope to be able to walk to the bus stop soon. Then I won't be isolating so bad.

Passion, just keep walking and you will strengthen your back. You know if you don't use it, you lose it. The more you sit and don't work those muscles, the worse it is. I know pain makes you hold still. But, sometimes that is the worst thing.

And isolation is the same. If you hide, you lose your courage to go out. Bravery isn't the absense of fear, it's facing your fear. That's one thing I always try to remember.
