I know other people have had auditory and visual hallucinations, but I feel like I'm the only one to have tactile ones as well. I've felt like my hair was being pulled and I've been choked... Because the voices I hear sound like they're right behind me, the tactile hallucinations feel like the voices are causing them... not sure how to explain it... Has anyone else had tactile hallucinations? How do you make them stop?

Yes I had a tactile hallucination that I was being raped..along with delusions of the same. I also had a more innocuous one where I could feel my watch when it wasn't there, becuase it was my wrist I thought I was suicidal or something. I only got rid of them on the meds.

I've had all sensory hallucinations except taste. Basically, the only thing that completely stopped them was meds. Also, stress reduction helps.

I also and tactile hallucinations that I was being raped. And the other day I hallucinated the the entire world was raining blood and I could feel it dropping on me when everyone said it was a beautiful sunny day. It just come and goes for me.

I sometimes feel like ants are crawling on or in the skin on the backs of my hands, but I don't have any advice for stopping the hallucinations.

I've had intense tactile hallucinations before. I don't know how to make them stop.

I used to get a lot of tactile hallucinations. Like centipedes crawling all over my body. Being scratched or cut open. I thought I was being grabbed & pulled back in my chair, like whoever was in my head was stopping me physically from getting up? Evidently that kind of physical hallucination is common... The voices teaming up with another hallucination so they make "sense" with one another? I wish I knew what would stop them. But the only thing that ever helped at least ease my focus on them was having someone around or getting really involved in something. But even then, they were still there, they just weren't the focal point.

bugs biting me.
fingers poking me and tapping me on my shoulder/legs
fingers and hands touching and grabbing my feet.
gusts of wind where there should be any like bathroom or my room. or under the covers. etc.
different gusts of wind around my face or specific body parts like my hand only.

Long ago, I used to get tactile hallucinations. One I remember was these things (tiny extra body parts) growing on my skin. I would imagine cutting them off with a razor. They would return. I would cut them off. Eventually, they just stopped.

angel hairs are singular long blonde/white hairs that grow in an odd place. my natural hair is a dark dark brown. and the hair on my back isnt long at all. but in the same place each time i get a 3 inch blonde hair on my shoulder blade area.
