I was in the hospital and I thought And believed my doctor was one of my exes. This happens to me a lot, anyone else get this?

I have some disassociation issues where I suddenly think nothing is real (including me.) It's very errie and disorienting when it happens.

As for people being something else entirely (rather than not real) I don't have that in itself. But, I've heard of other people who have had similar experiences, so I think it does happen.

Recently there was another thread started by a member here at pc who is experiencing exactly what you are asking about. I will look for that post for you.
