Yeah I know it's the soda. It's not good for me I know. I have cut back on it a lot. I even bought some flavored water to encourage myself to drink more water. I really like the Berry flavored water.

good choice! flavored water is always good. well mostly. some brands out there have calories in them but look for ones with 0 cals that is flavored. i like berry flavored water too. i bought a sodastream and i can make my own sparkling flavored water.

yea i love mine. i like sparkling water. idk if you do. and it was costing too much to buy it so i bought the sodastream to make my own sparkling water (every once and awhile soda). sparkling water helps reduce my urge to eat so much because of the carbonation in it. its one of my tricks to not eating so much.

Drink a lot of water and eat something high in protein. I've heard drinking pickle juice helps.

I think coffee helps to sober up but I've heard with a hangover you should avoid caffeine. That might be why you're feeling sick.

For me I eat one meal a day. Usually around 3pm. And that's all I eat. I do drink Coca Cola which is where my weight gain comes in. And I don't get enough exercise because I hide out in my bedroom depressed most of the time unless I'm working. I've cut way back on the Coca Cola now I need to exercise regularly.

I heard that drinking tea helps suppress the appetite too. I think I'm going to start drinking sweet tea and gradually stop drinking Coca Cola.

Yeah unsweetened would be healthier but I like mine sweet. I don't bite my nails. I clip them short and I pick at them. Picking at them is a nervous habit.
