Ok so latley I have been seeing vague...... things. I have no Idea or what they are. Just weird all black human shaped figures either walking around out of a window or sitting on my couch, etc. i guess they look like agents. If not that then these odd and scary tiny gollum- looking things. But most often these completely random blobs, or footsteps downstairs. I almost always only have it happen when I'm alone. I just wonder what I'm describing and what measures i could take to avoid it.

P.s: I can remember it starting around January and it progressively got worse.
Thanks for this!

So there are lots of kinds of hallucinations some of which have nothing to do with mental illness...this is a link to a differential diagnosis for visual hallucinations ...

I read your profile.
So your 12 years old?
My daughter Bean is 14 but started seeing the shadows you describe when she was 12 too.

Do you have a doctor or therapist?
What medications are you on right now?

Also, to help her not be afraid, Bean will use a strobe light or even just keep a night light and radio on in her room will help keep the shadows from scaring her when it is really bad.

I have no diagnosed mental illnesses, so I have no meds (besides the allergy ones i need to take if I accidentally eat shellfish) i will be seeing a doctor, but later than I expected. Why this profile exists is a somewhat long story (which will be added to my profile)
