My son's working today. He has a temp job. It may go for tomorrow too. I hope he's doing well. He sounded really relaxed when he told me about it yesterday.

He's short of money this month. He usually gets his social security on the 3rd - sometimes earlier. He told me he was broke a few days ago. I think he wanted me to offer him some cash. I almost did, but I was broke too - partly because I bought him a lawn mower this month. Plus, he's been spending a lot on beer and alcohol. If I gave him money, I'd be funding the alcohol indirectly, and I don't want to do that.

Anyway he sold a few video games for $22, and my mom gave him some Target gift cards worth about $20, so he should be okay.

It's not your fault you don't have a case manager. You asked for one.

she actually referred me back to that clinic that gave me the injections

yea idk what to do now. maybe ill try asking for one ONE more time but bring my dad with me this time again.

My son just called from his temp job over his lunch break. He says the temp agency left a message this morning that someone at the job site called and said he hadn't shown up for work this morning.

Hope he can get that straightened out.

Oh sorry I posted my other thing before I saw this reply----but yeah basically she is off the hook then but just make sure you get a different doc than the one you had before he was such an ***.

wow newtus im sorry. first ur T now ur pdoc..... i would be devastated.

im having a bad day. im paranoid. i told my nurse. she is talking to pdoc right now. i texted T but he said he is out sick. so that just made me worried that he is dying or something is seriously wrong with him. he seemed fine yesterday. i dont know. im very worried. and i know its selfish but i hope he will be back to work by thursday so we can meet with pdoc. i want him to take care of himself though. ugh this is bad. i just have a feeling something bad is gonna happen soon. i dont know how to stop interpreting signs about it. but i want to be prepared. god i am so worried. and i have to work today 5 to 9 30. i REALLY dont want to. i thought about calling out but i think that would be bad. i dont want to get in trouble or fired. i just hope T is ok and that i will be ok.

Newtus I think its interesting that you didn't have any issues with this pdoc until you let them talk to your T or whoever at the other clinic----I wonder if they are pressuring your pdoc and that's why she dropped you. I mean you haven't even done anything lately like get hospitalized or whatever----it sort of corresponds more to simply having had more meetings with your T after she got back from vacation...

maybe this was their whole plan the whole time idk. idk if they even called my pdoc. i really dont know. my pdoc said i was still in psychosis. thats what my therapist said too. idk what to think

You probably are still in psychosis to some extent but I don't know that its something they can fix by giving you more meds or a case manager or monitoring or whatever. Anyway I don't think it was actually their plan so much as they are a group that prefers coercion and they were probably applying that logic to your pdoc in addition to you. Personally I would have broken all ties to them but it is too late for that now.

My son completed his day of work, and he was asked to come back tomorrow. There was some confusion over when he was supposed to be there, but I guess it's sorted out now. His cat was happy to see him come back home.

Yeah I think you have to go back to the clinic but you can try a different doc...I'm sorry this happened it's like some people can't get a break...

Sorry newtus, sometimesp is right you just can't catch a break. I don't have any helpful hints I don't know how the system works in usa but want to say sorry your having to deal with this now

I feel really odd, everything seems to mean something and have significance. All my senses feel overwhelmed. I don't know how to describe it properly but I keep having odd thoughts.

Do you think it could be because you stopped your depot?

I had my depot again today, double the dose to last 2 weeks.

How long dose it take to kick in though?

I'm not sure to be honest. Maybe it hasn't kicked in yet. I do feel very odd.

Some of them like risperidone take a few weeks to kick in so you're supposed to supplement with oral meds when you're starting....which med is it?
