Yeah it's slow release and peaks at 7 days so it's probably not working yet...you might want to call your doc and ask for some sort of oral form to supplement or for advice in general...

I have been so restless all day I tried to sleep several times I cant shake the feeling its so uncomfortable I have to keep moving around its like the only way I can describe it is the way your muscles feel when you need to stretch them and it makes them feel good when you do so you keep stretching around to relive the tension.

im pretty sure u have akathisia. u should tell ur pdoc. there are meds that can help it. but if u cant get a hold of ur pdoc try taking benedryl. sometimes it helps. i know how much it sucks to feel like that.

thanks this is the second time now that this has happened to me so I am going to tell my pdoc on the next visit.it really does suck.

work was ok i guess i mean the people working with me were nice and ones that i like to work with. i was on the register thats right next to the self check out and it has this loud robot voice that says everything and the one close to me was like really loud and it kept bothering me. im pretty sure i heard one of my managers talking about me to the bookkeeper i mean i heard her say my name but i wondered why they would be talking about me within hearing distance like they knew i was standing right there. who knows if thats real though. im tired of trying to figure out what is real and what isnt. im just going with the flow right now trying not to get too stressed out about certain things. also i wrote down my schedule for this week and they scheduled me for 7am to 2pm on thursday but i put on my application that i cant work before 3 on tues and thurs so i talked to the manager that does the schedule thank god she was there and she was nice about it. i was worried she was gonna ask me why i cant work those times because honestly i put that last semester bc i had class at those times but its summer now and i dont have class anymore but i still dont want to work before 3 on those days. but she changed it to 5-10pm thurs and 7am to 2pm on friday (july 4th) so wtf im like barely gonna get any sleep that night.

im still worried about T but im not gonna text him. i know he is sick and isnt able to support me right now. when i texted him earlier he told me to text my nurse becase he is out sick. so i have been texting her and she is being helpful to me. so at least i have someone/

Ah good ol reddit. I need to visit reddit more. Otherwise I'm too preoccupied with Facebook drama. I probably lost some iq points while reading Facebook.

Its a shame the weather has been so bad lol.We celebrate about the same way you people in america celebrate the 4th of july we have fireworks we cook out there are parades going down in local places.Some of the out door festivities were canceled because of the bad weather.usually the prime minister will give a speech there will be much flag waving and much drinking going on because hey were canadian! lol

Yeah apparently I have celebrated it before without knowing....I grew up outside Detroit which is just a bridge away from Canada and apparently the fireworks display is considered international and shared for both holidays so yay!

I've not escaped completely. Just haven't been on it much.

a long time ago canada belonged to great britain.but one day us canadians wanted to have our own system of government so on july the first 1867 after much persuading the british government into letting us have canada as our own country they approved a plan that allowed us to become our own independent country with our own government that remained loyal to britain.and the rest is history.thus the four provinces of canada *there were four at first* ontario,quebec,nova scotia,and new brunswick joined together there are like 10 provinces now and 3 territories.

there is so much sh_t going on i cant even begin to type it all out but i feel like im having a meltdown. i took my meds maybe like 20 min ago . i hope they make me tired and i just fall asleep. everything is fu_ked up

My brother opened my medicine bottle for me this morning. So, today I have taken my meds. I'm super excited today because in two days time I'll be spending the night at a friend's house celebrating being accepted into a college. I can't wait! My MH team are visiting at three today. I'm not looking forward to that. I still can't trust them. They say they're here to help me, but something about them doesn't sit right with me. I get the same feeling around them that I do with the spies in the street. And it's not good.

Can you ask the pharmacist for a different lid so you don't have to rely on your brother?

I would but, I find it hard talking to people in shops. Sometimes I walk in a shop and then walk straight back out without buying anything because I'm afraid to ask where something is. I can't trust most people enough to interact with them.
