I walked for at least 5 hours yesterday and ate less than usual (parade, getting stranded and walking home, etc) and gained 2 pounds. It's impossible to get an accurate picture of whether you're gaining weight by weighing yourself daily or multiple times a day. It's better to do it once a week. Weight fluctuates and real weight loss is not losing water or gaining water. All I ever accomplish by weighing myself daily is me making myself upset. I weigh every 4 days to a week now and am much less obsessed and much more happy.

(all of the preceding information learned from spending 3 months in a treatment centre for anorexia)

So I'm reading an article about aspergers on another tab and it says people with an aspergers dx are 9x more likely to have suicidal thoughts and my mind drifted to the fact that these are very high functioning people so I imagine many people with aspergers don't seek out psych help and all I could think quite seriously was having ever met a pdoc could make you more suicidal in and of itself...because you know I was actually pretty fine in that regard until seeing a doc but not long after I started feeling bad about myself. Anyway all I could then think was that we need to start a parody thread like the onion with fake headlines....

Studies say even meeting a psychiatrist is sufficient to increase suicidal thoughts by 9x----newsbot

This is kind of dark given the content thus the trigger icon but it might be fun to do a few upbeat ones...

Update on holistic medicine monthly:Pdocs confined to a slowly melting iceberg in the hopes of curbing the rate of MI---- newsbot

Pets found more effective than psych meds for inducing happiness----newsbot

Water more effective than medicine for promoting life----newsbot

Thanks for sharing found to induce rage in forums----everyone

It wasn't too dark. You didn't kill the convo. My rooster flew past, and I detected an aroma, so I had to step away and clean out his diaper.

ETA: I thought it was funny too.

It's like an anime but it's interactive. You start off with a story line and you play as a character in the game. These games usually involve dating/having sex with other players in the game. You get to decide what happens and etc. Pretty fun actually. If you're into that kind of thing.

I'm not very afraid of breaking my arm during archery. My draw point isn't too far because I'm still a kid so ya.. I don't see how the force of the string can break an arm though. It must be a bow with an incredible draw weight* if it is to do that.

*draw weight is how much pull in pounds it take to pull back a bowstring.

You might frustrate yourself if you expect to see a difference after activity. Best thing to do is continue on with the exercise and changes in food habits, and weigh yourself once a week, always in the morning after you pee but before you eat. If you do it that way, you will be more likely to see the results you hope for... And not get frustrated by an hourly fluctuation due to water etc.

Food poisoning is where bacteria grow in your food because its old or not cooked well enough but sometimes just eating stuff you're not used to like when you travel or go to camp is enough to make you sick for a little while....

Yeah I don't know who's on here right now...you know I gained weight...only like ten pounds abilify is not as bad as some of the others...even quitting the meds didn't take it off so I changed to increase vegetables and fruit and decrease snacks and sugar---I'm currently down 7 pounds but I couldn't change at all while on the meds eating well it was almost painful not to eat....
