I flew a drone, programmed a Plc, shot a bow, went whitewater rafting, and walked. A lot.
Thanks for this!

Cool I was wondering if you did archery given how popular it's been in the movies recently....sounds like lots of fun...

What do have to do to it...I wouldn't think that would be stretchy enough....

Bowstrings aren't stretchy. The bow just bends.
Thanks for this!

You got to realize that your weight fluctuate durning the day. The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you wake up.

Did you hydrate....I know you lost a pound yesterday and I was assuming that was just water loss...today if you had water you may have gained but water is not fat you will pee it out soon enough....

yea i did. i weighed myself right when i woke up. it was 136. but i do like to see the fluctuations. the reason i asked is because when i biked yesterday - after i biked it went down 1 pound but when i biked today it went up 2 pounds. anyway i guess ill just have to wait and see

We had an archery unit in high school. They warned us the bowstring could break our arm if it hit it. So I was afraid of archery.

Is your scale accurate? I have a Tanita. The weight reading is really accurate and reliable.

I've spent my whole frickin' life afraid of all the things I've been told could go wrong. My dad was in insurance, so he knew all of the freaky things that could happen and leave you dead or maimed for life.

Once we were at Worlds of Fun watching the dolphin show. We were sitting on these metal bleachers. My dad turns to me and says, "You know, these things are always collapsing and crushing people's lower legs."

So, now I know to keep my lower legs far enough forward when I'm sitting on bleachers that they won't get caught underneath in case of collapse.

Thanks, Dad.

Archery is a lot like the flying trapeze to me...it's the kind of thing I fantasize about because there is no weight or strength in my dreams but in real life I think it would be hard...and I'm afraid of heights and now breaking my arm so yeah...
