I'm guessing you live somewhere like New York. My ex boyfriends father buys cigarettes for his sister because they are way cheaper here than they are in New York.
Thanks for this!

I'm close, but not NY. I don't even want to guess what they cost there now. And you can't smoke anywhere in NY anymore, practically. Not even sure if you can still smoke outside in the city.

Here people can't smoke inside anywhere but you can smoke outside about 100 feet away from business. The retail store I use to work at had a designated smoking area for the employees outside. Nothing too strict.
Thanks for this!

Ive never smoked but I wanted to when I was going through my year long split from reality. Anything to take the edge off. Im really glad I didn't start though. I now drink more often though. But just a beer or three a night sometimes none. Not even a problem. Tonight I had two.

I wish I wanted to quit enough to be able to quit. If I went IP again it might help me quit. But I don't know. I have to quit, I just don't want to.

Yeah, that's why I never smoked a cigarette. I know I'll have a hard time quitting. I have smoked hookah and pot before. Nothing with nicotine in them.
Thanks for this!

When I was young I thought it was a horrible thing to do. But when I became a teenager, anger and stupidity met and I started.

Yeah, teenagers do stupid things. That's why all these anti smoking ads try to appeal to teenagers.

I know. Back when I was a kid there were posters of awful looking older people smoking. I had one up as a joke. Now I'm one of them.

Maybe some day you'd get the motivation to quit. I know it's hard. There's something calming about smoking cigarettes. I'm no expert.
Thanks for this!

I hope so because I'm already using an inhaler for COPD. If I don't quit soon I probably only have a handful of years left.

I smoke about a pack a day. Been smoking off and one since i was 13 due to bad influences in my life, been smoking as much as i have been since my 3rd hospital visit. Smoking helps me where a lot of meds don't.

In the blue states they cost a fortune. I'm glad you're not going as broke, it's bad enough being a smoker.

I hate all of these laws against smoking, as if we are criminals or something. Can hardly smoke anywhere now adays.

I know. Everyone hates smokers but we're paying a lot of taxes!

I'm trying to quit for the 4th time this year. Just cigs. Using one of those fancy electronic cigarette contraptions that you have to fill up with nicotine juice.

Good luck!

I wasn't a fan of e-cigs... the one I tried was ironically worse for my asthma than actual cigarettes. Oh the irony.

I had one of those, i just recently gave away all my juice to a cousin trying to quit. They are supposedly just as bad for you as cigs so i was like might aswell stick to what i love instead of substituting.
