It's been raining here since Christmas. I'm glad the weather isn't cold enough to be snow... then we would be screwed.

I despise Windows 8, it's so buggy, updating whenever it chooses, restarting randomly, I hate it.

I've been a Mac user (yes, I'm one of those ) for a few years now and I've never looked back. Though I use Windows for programming and other techie stuff.

Have you ever used Mac?

i converted to macs in 2009. i use my mac mainly. but i got a windows pc so i could do gaming and some film making work. i dont ever use my mac for gaming but i do use it for a lot of film stuff too. so i guess i use my windows pc mainly for gaming and just as a second computer. but this windows 8 pc has made me angry since i had it. mainly cuz the UI.

is anyone else like me and fail to drink enough liquids like water? i was on a tea binge last month but still didnt drink water. now the past week or two ive been drinking only one small cup of water a day and nothing else. i drink liquids like i eat - only when im thirsty and even then sometimes i dont but im always told i need to drink lots of water even when im not thirsty. ive been like this my whole life and my family has always been concerned because since im like this ive had tons of kidney problems when i was a child and would have to routinely have to goto the hospital when i was a child to get IV fluids and tests on my kidneys. i had many kidney infections as a kid...

Morning roll call,

Still a bit achy this morning, I'm hoping this is covered by the flu vaccine I got & that'll stop it from getting worse than it might otherwise.

On the positive side, I've been finding myself waking up & NOT hearing voices every time... nice to get some peace and quiet at night. Really seems other than some tiredness & lack of concentration / motivation at times, I'm making progress.

Have to see whether the p-doc thinks it's mild depression, meds or negative symptoms if they are leaning more to sz diagnosis. Did tell me these things often appear after meds take effect on the positive symptoms. At least it's not too bad, I feel in a good mood largely speaking.

Unfortunately the flu vaccine is pretty much garbage this year, they missed a major strain so I'm hoping it's not flu for you...better to be a cold.

Glad the voices are clearing up for you....sorry about the motivation/concentration....some of that could definitely be the meds. I play lumosity and used to be in the 90th percentile but after starting meds have dropped to the 80th percentile it makes me really slow. Still I like the brain training because it helps me keep what I have and not get too much worse.

My mind has gotten a lot worse. But I don't like brain training, it frustrates me.

Yeah, I'm convinced doing regular exercise, even just walking, along with keeping my mind active will help. I just wish I could read but I find it very hard to atm.

I don't play games for very long because I find them complicated and mentally draining, whilst normally that's not an issue. Just got to find really easy games...

I'm sick of this CTO - I can't appeal again until a year coz its been renewed.
**** my life - I want off meds, 11 weeks I've been taking the liquid, but I have to have the injection still.

I have 2 things to talk to the nurse about and all I have is the time it takes her to do the injection. So it's not going to happen.
Oh and it turns out they can read my mind - this is why everyone is turning against me and talking about me.

I actually got assaulted in the hospital, the support worker had his arm around my neck and pulled me to the floor and they said I got restrained. I wasn't going to call the cops, I just wanted an apology.
