I'm not a huge fan of late night TV and the darkness depresses me so I'd much rather get up as early as possible and be awake for any possible sunlight. my vampire days are behind me I think.
Thanks for this!

i got a 45 on my philosophy test last night. i just wasnt in the mood for school and i was feeling so sick. im going to ask the professor if i can retake it for at least a 70. (thats the most i can get). i just didnt study. i havent been feeling well this whole month...i prob shouldve just went and done it right after i did the first test in january since all the tests were open since january. but i didnt want to rush through most of the tests and then have nothing to do for 3-4 months. the course consists of only 10 tests and then 2 papers.

yeh im on abilify and that problem, apparently it's tendency to cause this is well known. my hands were trembling and i was having violent spasms of whole limbs at various times. i started on procyclidine and within days its completely stopped or near enough. and i didnt pick up yet another side effect from the procyclidine!
Thanks for this!

@ Newtus Just consider it a learning experience. you've got plenty of tests to make up the average so you'll hardly notice the impact of this one esp if you regrade for a 70.

Had a nice day yesterday, went for a coffee with a newish friend and talked about all sorts and I confided in her about my mental health problems and she was really great about it. Felt really nice to talk to someone about it since I never do irl. Then went to see my mum and sister at a vintage fair and helped them out. Mum bought me some nice converse. Today went for a walk and then done loads of cleaning. So been a good weekend. Not looking forward to tomorrow as I have to do work for my presentation which is on thurs and I'm really nervous about it. Will be good to get it out of the way. Then I have an essay to do. Yippee lol

All moved in to my new bedroom. My cat is at the foot of the bed staring outside the window. I'm hungry so I guess Ill drive around until I find something in this new town. This looks like a pretty industrial place. I haven't seen any culture, like where I use to live. I better get some food before I get hangry. lol

Hope you settle in quickly Odysseus. I used to move around alot and I know it is such a harrowing experience. At least it's done now and you can concentrate on the important things.

Haha that's one of the many reasons I stopped taking it, loads of random orders from websites!

How is everyone today? I am very hungover and have spent the day primarily in bed

I get anxiety just from being here, knowing that it is temporary. My brain feels like an egg in a frying pan from the stress of living here. Logically, it isn't so bad and it's what I need. Emotionally, I have no clue what im going to do occupationally when this 8 months is over. I have no plan and that is stressing me out! I don't want to become a loser. Maybe it's too late... **** this mental illness. It's too expensive and cost me my future.

I'm still struggling with extreme anxiety in my life. I'm afraid, I don't know if I'm ever going to get any better. If I can't I don't think I can get anywhere next month which means I should titrate off the Abilify and I don't want to do that.
