I was a bit paranoid before the Invega and still a bit paranoid. If any episodes occur where I need a zyprexa to calm down then I'll know.

I might as well take the injection BUT IM NOT GIVING IN.

I feel less agitated but still negative symptoms so I'm not sure

Hard to decide tbh

The name is deceiving. She's such a sweet cat. She warms up to people so quickly. I got her the day I got out of the psychward for the first time.

Hi folks! I've just returned home from the longest day since yesterday. I managed to be injured (just bruises and cuts) by washing pots. It was intense. I've not had a chance to catch up with the day yet, hope everyone's ok.

I screwed up my healthy eating today, oh well. Were getting more fruit in here anyway on Tuesday when we shop.

i think 2 of my chickens are female cuz they are bigger than the other 4 and have really big feet and sit down alot. i asked for 2 females but they did just pick them out of the box-thing so i wasnt sure.

I'm going to ask my psychiatrist if he will give the abilify back and keep me on benzos until the side effects go away.

I really doubt that it will happen.

One more thing.. If I feel crappy walking out of my next appointment tomorrow, I'm completely done wth psychiatry. I will tell him that. No more games

Taking a day to eat what you like, confuses the metabolism and helps to keep it from just adusting to the healthy stuff. So you're good. Just pick back up tomorrow with healthy eating and you'll be right on track.

They all look twice as big as they did yesterday, they are growing so fast!

yea thats true it can kinda boost your metabolism and re-kick it back into direction.

i did a wellbeing score from youwellbeingscore.com and got a 34 out of 100. they said the average score was above 60. idk if youd guys want to do it tho because its a website by a state health resource but it was on tv on a commercial.
