I'm so bored. I was about to go back to sleep but the noise started. I have ear plugs in but I can still hear it. My body is messed up. I took Vistaril and hopefully I'll be able to go back to sleep after awhile.

I watched the trailer and I feel like I would attach the characters to my voices and the movie would alter everything for a while until the movie wasn't new in my head. But that could take months. :/ my boyfriend wants to take me to the movies and that's one of the ones he's wanting to see.

yes that could be a problem...but they are more like emotions than voices so you might not have that problem. Still it was very sad better to see something happy like minions or something.

Yeah I usually do ok on these dates its just the anticipation.....it's better talking to you guys though....

I mean, as I was watching the trailer, that's the only thing I could think about. Each voice in my head being a weird little physical being. I wish I could open my skull to make sure nothing is in there. :/

I always had an idea of what my voices looked like even though I wasn't having visual hallucinations of them, do you have that or are they just voices? It was kind of like how you picture the characters when reading a book.

hey guys i saw T today. when i walked into the building i was extremely focused on the voices in my head and i walked into this room and he said HEY! and i got really scared and covered my face. it just scared me cuz i wasnt expecting him in there!

we talked about my grandma n stuff. it went ok. i told him im glad hes back.

i feel dead right now... i guess im just sad. about my grandma. but it feels good right now to be alone and lay in my bed. so thats what im gonna do

I just picture a huge crowd of people. I don't have just one or a few. I can't even count. They're all random and come and go.

I'm glad your T is back and you got to see him!

I'm sorry how you feel though. Does turning on music in the background help you relax as you're laying there? Or the TV? I always put a show on in the background. It's one of the same five shows I watch on repeat so I can lay there and not have to watch the tv because I can watch it play out in my head as I'm listening.

Intersting I had maybe ten people tops with one talking to me at a time.....there were two main ones the IT guy and the nutritionist.....
